ExZeus is an third-person arcade shooter game developed by HyperDevbox. It is the first game in the ExZeus series.

The game was originally released in North America in 2003 on the Tsunami Visual Technologies TsuMo arcade cabinet. The game was later ported to PC as a shareware game in 2003, the PlayStation 2 in Europe in 2004, the Sega NAOMI GD-ROM arcade system in Japan in 2005, and the Wii in 2007 under the title of Counter Force. The 2003 PC version, however, is barebones as there are limited video settings, limited keyboard remapping options, controller buttons cannot be remapped, and the game cannot be displayed in windowed mode. Unfortunately, digital distribution of full game for the 2003 PC version is also no longer available.

An updated version of this game was re-released as part of ExZeus: The Complete Collection on September 30, 2021.
