Frame rate caps can be adjusted by editing variables in the engine_config.xml , which needs to be unpacked before it can be edited[citation needed]

- Download WOT Binary XML Editor, extract, install and run it.
- In WoT Binary XML Viewer/Editor, open
<path-to-game>\res\engine_config.xml (as "All Files (*.*)").
- Change the
maxFrameRate (gameplay FPS cap) and reducedFrameRate (garage FPS cap) values as desired.
- Save your changes.
