Issues fixed
Update StarForce for operating systems newer than Windows XP
- StarForce is blocked on Windows 10 and later, and can prevent Windows from booting.
Update the StarForce DRM to a newer version[5]

- Download the unofficial TrackMania_StarForce_Mod.
- Extract, then copy and replace all files in the <path-to-game> folder from the
.rar file.
Notes
- TrackMania Original must be version 1.5.2 or else the game will not work.

White screen/freeze
- Newer hardware configurations can cause the game to freeze and remain at a white screen.
Use a DirectX wrapper[6]
|
- Download the latest version of dgVoodoo 2 and extract the archive.
- Open the
MS\x86 folder and copy the D3D9.dll , D3DImm.dll and DDraw.dll files.
- Paste the files into the game installation folder <path-to-game> where the game executable is.
- Run
dgVoodooCpl.exe as administrator. Click the [.\] button below the banner.
- Under the DirectX tab, choose a Video card. Change the resolution to anything desired.
- Tick "Fast Video Memory Access".
- Untick "dgVoodoo Watermark"
- Click Apply.
- Run the game.

Use WineD3D[7]
|
- Download WineD3D and extract it. (Last XP compatible version, Version 1.7.52 is recommended)
- Copy
d3d9.dll , libwine.dll , and wined3d.dll into <path-to-game>.
- Run the game.
