Cities: Skylines II is a singleplayer bird's-eye view and free-roaming camera building, simulation and strategy game in the Cities in Motion series.
The game launched with significant performance problems. An official guide to alleviate some of them is available here, while updates to optimize the game have been announced as well.[2]
