Windowed

Force windowed mode^{[citation needed]}
Install ThirteenAG's fix. Create `wndmode.ini` in `<path-to-game>`. Start the game and exit. Edit `wndmode.ini`. Set `UseForegroundControl=1` to prevent minimizing. Set `Border=1` to enable the window border.

Use manual settings^[1]

Navigate to <path-to-game>.
Create configpc.txt with the following content:

FSAA=1
fullscreen=false

Anti-aliasing (AA)

Enable MSAA

Download and open Nvidia Profile Inspector.
Select the game profile.
Set Antialiasing compatibility to 0x00000045.
Set Antialiasing - Mode to Override any application setting.
Set Antialiasing - Setting to 8xQ [8x Multisampling].

Notes

For better performance, decrease aforementioned settings to 2x or 4x.
