Ah I see. But Digital Deluxe doesn't include all the DLC surely? The one I added to game's page.

The Digital Deluxe does not contain all DLC (as far as I know there is still no complete edition of Mass Effect 2).

DLC purchased from the BioWare Social Network is available through Origin's normal DLC system. Installing the BioWare Social Network DLC without Origin involves running individual EXE installers. Dragon Age: Origins used a similar system.

There might be some way of using Origin to download all DLC and then continuing to play that content through a non-Origin version of the game.

Why all this fuss when you can just download installers here?

Direct links are also available.

Blackbird's question was regarding the stated behaviour differences. I've reworded it a bit to hopefully make the difference clearer.

Also another thing I just noticed. Since Origin version auto-downloads DLC, it also downloaded the Genesis DLC which is the interactive story that "replaces" ME1's decisions.
Problem is that even if you import ME1 character it still appears and can invalidate your choices. Only workaround I found is to delete DLC_DHME1 in the DLC folder so the choices from ME1 saves are preserved.
If someone wants to be helpful please add it to Issues fixed :)

I have reworded the mentions to make the Origin and non-Origin behaviour differences a bit clearer.
