  1. Download dgVoodoo 2.
  2. Extract D3D8.dll from the MS/x86 folder to the installation folder, where sb_lcp.exe is located.
  3. Open dgVoodooCpl.exe and go to DirectX and configure your settings.

Notes

This allows the game to be played at modern resolutions. The only downside is that the game is stretched at higher resolutions, but you may be able to fix this:
  1. Open dgVoodooCpl.exe and go to General.
  2. Under Appearance, select Windowed and change the dropdown next to it to "Stretched, keep Aspect Ratio"
