Key points

Poor port of the PlayStation version, with poor sprite filtering, two game modes missing (Challenge and Family), and the three hidden characters missing altogether.

English version removes most of the voice acting found in the Japanese version.

Controller support

A fix is required for the game to recognize analog sticks on XInput controllers.

Game features no D-Pad support.

Use XInput Plus
Download and run XInput Plus. Set the Target Program to PopnPop.exe. Go to the DirectInput tab, then check Enable DirectInput Output. Click Apply to save settings and install DLLs into the installation folder. Remap the in-game controls accordingly from the control configuration window.
