Manual installation

Eat My Dust uses a 16-bit installer so 64-bit systems can use the workaround below.
Copy the game files from the CD
  1. Create a new folder in which the game will be placed (<path-to-game>).
  2. Copy the following files from the CD to this folder: EATMYDST.EXE, EMD.BMP, LANGUAGE.INF and SIERRA.INF.
  3. Copy the following folders from the CD to <path-to-game>: ALIEN, CITY, DESSERT, INTER, POST and RACE.
  4. Use the EATMYDST.EXE file to launch the game.
