  1. Change graphics settings to Highest (or High if already set to highest)
  2. In the other menus, manually restore changes to graphic settings.
If the graphics options don't appear, see Re-enable settings dialog if disabled.

Change configuration file value
  1. Go to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\CivCity Rome
  2. Open CivCityRome.GraphicsSettings.xml
  3. Change <settingsDialog enabled="false"/> to "true"
  4. Save the file.
Note that this will overwrite custom resolutions every time the settings dialog shows up until disabled again.
