Samurai Warriors 2 is a singleplayer and multiplayer third-person hack and slash game in the Samurai Warriors and Warriors series.

It was first released in Taiwan[Note 1] on Jun 26, 2008 followed by North America and Europe on the next day and in Japan on July 11, 2008.

It is a port of the PlayStation 2 version despite releasing 2 years after the HD Xbox 360 version.
