  1. Edit LEGO Racers 2 shortcut
  2. Append target by /width 1920 /height 1080 (or any other resolution)
  3. The shortcut target should now look like: "C:\Program Files (x86)\LEGO Media\LEGO Racers 2\LEGO Racers 2.exe" /width 1920 /height 1080
  4. Press OK to accept the new target
  5. Run the game with the edited shortcut. The game will start with the resolution set by the shortcut.

"Out of memory" error when attempting to install the game

Setup the game compatibility settings[citation needed]
  1. Right click on the Setup.exe file (located in the install folder on the Lego Racers 2 CD) and select "Properties".
  2. Go to the "Compatibility" tab and enable Compatibility Mode (set it to "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)").
  3. Run the installer again.

Run the game at screen refresh rate

Fullscreen mode defaults to 60 Hz, even if the screen refresh rate is set higher than that.

  1. Download and extract dgVoodoo.
  2. Open the MS folder and copy the contents to the installation folder.
  3. Run dgVoodooCpl.exe.
  4. Click on "Add" and choose the installation folder.
  5. Enable "Enumerate refresh rates".
  6. Go to the DirectX tab.
  7. Set the resolution from the list (e.g. 1920x1080, 119Hz).
  8. Disable "dgVoodoo Watermark" and click OK.
