ROM Data

The game uses a standard emulation of the games presented in the compilation, meaning it includes actual ROMs in the code. These are possible to extract from the main cc.exe found in the game's directory and played on any emulator that runs NES games. Following are address ranges and amount of bytes of each of the games included:

Castlevania: 01E570 - 03E56F (length: 0x20000 bytes), header: 4E45531A080021000000000000000000

Castlevania II: 03E570 - 07E56F (length: 0x40000 bytes) header: 4E45531A081010000000000000000000

Castlevania III: 07E570 - 0DE56F (length: 0x60000 bytes), header: 4E45531A101050000000000000000000

Contra: 0DE570 - 0FE56F (length: 0x20000 bytes), header: 4E45531A080021000000000000000000

Jackal (hidden game): 0FE580 - 11E57F (length: 0x20000 bytes), header: 4E45531A080021000000000000000000

Super C: 11E580 - 15E57F (length: 0x40000 bytes), header: 4E45531A081041000000000000000000

After extracting (for example through a hex editor), the data still needs to be prepended with additional header of 16 bytes in order to be processed by a NES emulator (see above).

You can use this script for extraction.
