Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is a singleplayer third-person action RPG game developed by Big Huge Games, remastered by KAIKO Games and published by THQ Nordic. The remaster is based on the original game Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and uses Big Huge Engine.
The game was released on September 8, 2020 and contains all DLCs of the original game, including weapons and armor packs. In comparison to the original game, changes have been made to loot generation, zone level calculation, and the level lock has been removed. Additionally, textures and lighting have been improved, a FOV slider and a new "Very Hard" difficulty have been added. Unlike the original surround sound is not available. A new expansion called "Fatesworn" is planned to be released in 2021.[1]
