Jagged Alliance 2: Wildfire is the second standalone expansion for Jagged Alliance 2. It does not require the original game to play. Unlike Unfinished Business, it contains the original story campaign, but with new characters, maps, enemy defenses, weapons, and other gameplay changes.

Wildfire was originally developed as a mod for the original Jagged Alliance 2, but was eventually made a standalone commercial product under license from then-rightsholder Strategy First. However, due to a contract dispute over royalties, the developers at I-Deal Games Studios sought different publishers.
