Safedisc patch for Windows 10

Safedisc is blocked on Windows 10 and later, and prevents the game from booting.

Use paokkerkir's unofficial 7.0.2 patch for Windows 10^[3]
Download the unofficial FM 2007 Win10 patch. Run the executable, and point to the installation folder.
