Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua] is an adult visual novel developed by Type-Moon. It is an updated version of Fate/stay night.

The PC version of Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua] was based on the PlayStation 2 "all-ages" re-release of Fate/stay night. Although the adult content from the original game was removed, it did feature new content that was exclusive to the PlayStation 2 version prior this re-release. This game, as well as its subsequent ports on PlayStation Vita and Android, was never been released outside of Japan. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown, the PC version of Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua] is no longer available from Amazon.co.jp.

Despite the not being available outside of Japan, an English patch is available for the game.

Fate/stay night Réalta Nua Ultimate Edition

Requires installation files from all three individual routes. Under active development.
An extensive patch that adds the following features along with mirror moon's English fan translation:
  • Combines all three of individual routes from Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua] into a single game like the original 2004 release.
  • New graphics options such as 16:9 widescreen presentation, remastered HD CG artworks from the mobile version, alternate text font and window box styles.
  • Implements the opening FMV sequences by ufotable from the mobile port into game's respective routes. A fail-safe option to disable them is also available for systems that have issues playing them.
  • Option to change music tracks of the game from the original 2004 release, PlayStation 2, and Vita versions.
  • An accessible relationship chart for certain characters, an interactive Endings menu from the PlayStation 2 and Vita versions, and the ability to jump back to certain dialogue scenes (to an extent) like in the PlayStation 2 version.
  • The ability to toggle visibility of adult scenes (mosaic and uncut) along with an optional mature content filter (alcohol, graphic violence, and non-adult sexual content).
How to install Ultimate Edition patch[2]
  1. Install all three routes of Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua].
  2. Download the Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua] Ultimate Edition installer from the Beast's Lair forum thread here that matches your operating system's architecture (32-bit or 64-bit).
  3. Run the installer, and follow its instructions. You'll be first asked which patches do you wish to install, then you will need to point the installer to where you have installed the three routes of Fate/stay night [Réalta Nua], and then any desired additional options to install the Ultimate Edition. The installation process will take a while to download necessary dependences, desired patches, and combining the three routes into one game.
