  2. Choose the executable that matches your desired aspect ratio.
  3. Place the file into <path-to-game>, replacing the old one.
  4. Force a resolution with dgVoodoo.

Issues fixed

Game won't start on Windows 10

Change a hex value in the game executable
  1. Download and install a hex editor, such as HxD.
  2. Make a backup of <path-to-game>\Donald.exe.
  3. Open Donald.exe in a hex editor, and find, "esadecimal values", the value at address 00048205.
  4. Change the aforementioned hex value, which should read 00 10 00 00 50 E8 11 FF FF FF 83 C4 0C, into 6E 5F 5C 00 FF 15 C0 54 5C 00 83 C4 04, and save the file.

Blurry low-resolution textures

Use dgVoodoo2
  1. Download and extract the latest version of dgVoodoo2.
  2. Copy the contents of MS\x86 as well as dgVoodooSetup.exe into <path-to-game>.
  3. Run dgVoodooSetup.exe as an admin.
  4. Click the .\ button at the top of the window.
  5. Click the DirectX tab and select your desired resolution.
  6. Disable the dgVoodoo Watermark option, if you wish.
  7. Click Apply and close the window.
  8. Run Donald.exe as an admin.
