Enable windowed screen

Add Steam launch option command
  1. In your Steam library, left click on the game and select Properties....
  2. Click on SET LAUNCH OPTIONS....
  3. Add this line -windowed -w x -h y, x should be your screen width and y is you screen height.
  4. Click on OK and start the game.

Enable borderless windowed screen

Add Steam launch option command
  1. In your Steam library, left click on the game and select Properties....
  2. Click on SET LAUNCH OPTIONS....
  3. Add this line -desktop.
  4. Click on OK and start the game.

Enable v-sync

Add Steam launch option command
  1. In your Steam library, left click on the game and select Properties....
  2. Click on SET LAUNCH OPTIONS....
  3. Add this line -swap 0 to turn v-sync off, or -swap 1 for v-sync, or -swap 2 for triple buffer.
  4. Click on OK and start the game.
-swap 2 is adaptive v-sync which is ON by default unless using the above mentioned launch options.
