Enable windowed screen[edit]

Add Steam launch option command
  1. In your Steam library, left click on the game and select Properties....
  2. Click on SET LAUNCH OPTIONS....
  3. Add this line -windowed -w x -h y, x is the window width and y is the height.
  4. Click on OK and start the game.

Enable borderless windowed screen[edit]

Add Steam launch option command
  1. In your Steam library, left click on the game and select Properties....
  2. Click on SET LAUNCH OPTIONS....
  3. Add this line -desktop.
  4. Click on OK and start the game.

Disable v-sync[edit]

Add Steam launch option command
  1. In your Steam library, left click on the game and select Properties....
  2. Click on SET LAUNCH OPTIONS....
  3. Add this line -swap 0 to turn v-sync off, or -swap 1 for v-sync, or -swap 3 for triple buffer.
  4. Click on OK and start the game.
-swap 2 is adaptive v-sync which is ON by default unless using the above mentioned launch options.
