"Save Game Not Compatible With Current Game Version"
- Commonly reported after game crashes, indicating a corrupted save.[3][4]
- To avoid this, make sure to occasionally back up save files or save more often to minimize lost progress.
- Opening your profile in MultiPrayer can make your game incompatible with the singleplayer variant.
- Profiles are opened on the main menu automatically, meaning opening the executable is enough to cause this problem.
