You as Lucky Luke have to walk around the fixed tracks on Mexican territory and sometimes shoot the bandits, moving the aim of your gun from one fixed position to another. Also you have to avoid their shooting and reload bullets in your gun.

Issues unresolved

Crashes during level load/save game

On windows 10, the game can sometimes freeze and crash during level loading and more rarely when saving the game.

As a workaround, it is recommended to save in multiple slots, keeping a number of saves (e.g. 3 saves) and overwriting only the oldest of the number of existing saves when saving a game.


Issues fixed

Game runs too fast/audio is ending early during cut-scenes

Game logic is tied to fps and running at higher than 30 fps (as controlled by the screen refresh rate) causes the game to run too fast and cutscene audio to end before dialogue completes
Limit the framerate to 30 fps by setting the screen refresh rate to 30 Hz in dgVoodoo 2
  1. Download dgVoodoo 2 and open its archive.
  2. From the root of the archive copy dgVoodooCpl.exe and dgVoodoo.conf to <path-to-game>.
  3. Go to the MS subfolder in the dgVoodoo 2 archive and copy all DLL files to <path-to-game>.
  4. Run the extracted dgVoodooCpl.exe, under the "General" tab enable "Enumerate refresh rates", then under the "DirectX" tab, set the resolution to one with a 30 Hz refresh rate.
  5. Run the game.
