Play without the CD

The largest install size can be played without the CD, but when a video is to be played the game will show a prompt for inserting the disc or skipping that video.
Make necessary changes[2]
  1. Install the game with the largest install size (Full Install for DOS, Excessive Install for Windows).
  2. Copy the VIDEO folder on the CD into the installation folder.
  3. Go to the configuration file location.
  4. Open FTA2.INI.
  5. Change the VideoPath= line to match the VIDEO folder location in the installation folder.

Skip intro videos

Make necessary changes[2]
  1. Set the game up to Play videos without the CD.
  2. Apply the intro skip replacement files.
