Run RegisterDLL.bat^[3]
Go to the configuration file(s) location. Right-click on `RegisterDLL.bat` and select Run as administrator. Choose Yes if a security prompt appears.

Run `CaesarIV.exe` in Windows XP SP2 or Vista compatibility mode^[3]
