High frame rate

The game has no FPS limit at first launch. Accessing the in-game settings will create an options file at the configuration file(s) location, locking it to 60 FPS.
Use the Beyond: Two Souls FPS patcher[4]
Allows limiting FPS to any value from none to 1000.
Disables both of the in-game FPS limiter options' functionality.
The always-enabled Vsync will be unaffected.
Manually modify the game executable to unlock FPS[5]
  1. Download HxD or any other hex editor.
  2. Launch it and use it to open <path-to-game>/BeyondTwoSouls.exe
  3. Search and replace 9A 99 05 42 with 00 00 00 00
  4. Search and replace 9A 99 85 41 with 00 00 00 00
  5. Save the file, overwriting the original.
Disables both of the in-game FPS limiter options' functionality.

    The official system requirements lack HDD information. The release version takes up around 50 GB on my hard drive, only including the English and Dutch languages for audio. Each additional optional audio language requires at least 3-6 GB.
