Issues fixed
Game crashes on start
- The game crashes on start. The game writes an error.log file showing the message "UnityPlayer.dll caused an Access Violation". This can be caused by a bug in the Unity framework conflicting with Citrix Workspace App. A workaround is available via uninstalling Citrix Workspace App and re-installing with some installation parameters that avoid this conflict.

- The game attempted to boot but then prompted a Steam log-in when Steam was installed. Creating a steam_appid.txt with its App ID number inside allowed the game to play without Steam.

- Tested with Special K and a Soulion Tracer 30, which reports as a 7.1 audio device using virtual surround sound mode.
