Game won't start and won't even show splash screen
Move the game's folder back into the Steam library folder[3] |

The game won't start, won't even show splash screen if it is being run from an NTFS linked folder. Either keep the game in current Steam library folder or create another Steam library on a different drive and move the game there via Steam's own moving option. |
