In March 2019 Discord scaled back the storefront to focus on the Nitro subscription service instead, while also shifting the focus of buying and selling games to within developers' individual Discord servers.[3] The subscription service was removed a year later in October 2019 citing feedback and a lack of use from users.[4] As per the original March changes, games can still be bought and sold within developers' individual servers on the platform.
