The game installer is a 16-bit program meaning it will not run natively on a 64-bit machine.
- Go to winevdm and Download the last stable version, install with it install.reg
- Start otvdmw.exe and look for the game installer path on the disc.
- Proceed with the normal installation of the game.
- Right-click on che Desktop shortcut and edit Target adding quotes at the beginning and end of the path ("C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Force Commander\Force.exe").
- Download Windows ADK and install only "Compatibility Administrator"
- In Custom Databse right-click on New_database(1) [Untitled_1] -> Create Nwe -> Application Fix
- Add the name of EXE (focom) and the path (Es. "C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Force Commander\Force.exe")
- Next, Next, In Compatibility fixes set: RunAsAdmin and SingleProcAffinity
- Next and End.
- File -> Save, in Database Name set Force Commander and save the file in the location of the executable.
- Right-click on the Database named Force Commander and Install
- Download dgVoodoo, Copy D3DImm.dll and DDraw.dll in focom.exe location
