Key points

Originally released on Steam only as a pre-order bonus for Worms: Revolution. On 19 March 2013, however, it was released as a full stand-alone game.
The Steam version comes with the latest updates previously released for the CD version. New updates are released for the Steam and CD versions in sync.
New updates are developed by volunteer maintainers, then approved and published by Team17.
