Mouse cursor restricted

The mouse cursor can't reach parts of the screen, making it impossible to access menu options in-game.[2]
Set Windowed Mode in the Configuration Tool
  1. Open the Library, Left Click Play for Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic.
  2. In the popup, choose Launch Configuration Tool and Left Click Play.
  3. In the Basic Settings section, activate the Windowed checkbox.
  4. Make sure that the resolution in the Resolution drop down is set to your preferred resolution.
  5. Left Click Play and Save.

Game language does not change

Changing the game language doesn't work from Steam properties.[3]
