Download patched executable. (Not needed for 2015 DVD release)
Copy MaceGriffin.exe to the installation folder. (Not needed for 2015 DVD release)
Download and extract dgVoodoo anywhere.
Open MS/x86 folder and copy its content to the installation folder.
Run dgVoodooCpl.exe.
Click "Add" and set the game folder.
Set "Scaling mode" to "Stretched".
Go to "DirectX" tab.
Select your resolution and uncheck the "dgVoodoo Watermark" option.
Apply your changes.
Calcuate FOV_X and FOV_Y values using Sui's Mace Griffin FOV Calculator.
Go to the installation folder and open Bountyhunter.ini.
Modify FOV_X and FOV_Y using values obtained from FOV calculator.

The game runs at a halved refresh rate when using dgVoodoo by default.

Run at regular refresh rate^[1]
Download patched executable. Copy `MaceGriffin.exe` to the installation folder.
