This game saves to a specially-formatted floppy disk (even when playing the CD-ROM version installed to a hard drive).
Mount floppy image in DOSBox SVN build[1]
  1. Download a DOSBox SVN build.
  2. Download a blank floppy image.
  3. Extract the floppy image and mount it in the DOSBox SVN build as drive A or B (see IMGMOUNT for details).
  4. Follow the steps in-game to format the floppy as a datadisk.

    Tested with EmuCR DOSBox SVN (DOSBox 0.74 does not work). Mounting a folder as a floppy does not work because of the special format.
