Game freezes
- The game may stutter attempting to establish an online connection.[3][4]
Block all network connections from the game[5]

- Go to the Control Panel, click on Systen and Security, then Windows Defender Firewall.
- On the sidebar, click on Advanced settings.
- On the sidebar, click on Outbound rules.
- Under Actions, click on New Rule...
- Select Program, click on Browse... and select
<path-to-game>\Journey.exe , then Block the connection. Check every box on the next page, enter a name for the rule, click on Finish.
- Right-click the rule and select Disable Rule when it's no longer needed.

Disconnect from the internet[5]

- Go to the Control Panel, click on Network and Internet, then Network and Sharing Center.
- On the sidebar, click on Change adapter settings.
- Right click the internet connection and select Disable.

Issues fixed
Noise from center speaker on surround sound system
- The center channel of a surround sound system is constantly producing white noise in the game.[6]
Set to stereo[6][7]
|
- Open the Sound applet from the Control Panel of Windows.
- Select the default output device and click Configure.
- Change the audio channels configuration to Stereo.
- Launch the game again.
