Chaos;Head NoAH is a horror mystery visual novel in the Science Adventure series developed by 5pb. It is an expanded re-release of Chaos;Head, featuring redrawn widescreen background graphics and illustrations, and most notably several expansions to the original game's story including entire new heroine routes.

Chaos;Head NoAH was originally released for the Xbox 360 in Japan on February 26, 2009, followed by ports to the PlayStation Portable and mobile devices across 2010 and 2012. A PlayStation 3 port was released on November 22, 2012, heavily edited in order to receive a CERO D age rating. An updated Nintendo Switch port of the game based on the edited PlayStation 3 version was released in Japan on February 24, 2022, bundled alongside its thematic sequel Chaos;Child as the "Chaos; Double Pack", featuring upscaled 1080p HD versions of all of its existing graphical assets.[1]

On March 10, 2022, publisher Spike Chunsoft announced that an English version of the Chaos; Double Pack, featuring the first-ever official English translation of Chaos;Head NoAH, would be releasing on October 7, 2022.[2] At their Anime Expo 2022 panel on July 2, Spike Chunsoft also announced that a PC port of Chaos;Head NoAH would be releasing on Steam on the same date as the Nintendo Switch version.[3]
