Video settings
Custom resolution/Widescreen
You can use instructions from this page on Widescreen Gaming Forum, but you must use mainta path instead of main
Max quality graphics settings
Do everything just like in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault#Max quality graphics settings but you must use mainta path instead of main
And remember not to run configure_spearhead.exe in future, as it will reset those settings.
Save game location
<install dir>\MOHAA\mainta\save\
Config files are located in <install dir>\mainta\configs\unnamedsoldier.cfg and <install dir>\mainta\newconfig.cfg
Issues fixed
Graphics settings are lost each time when starting game
You need to copy your graphics settings from <install dir>\mainta\configs\unnamedsoldier.cfg to <install dir>\mainta\newconfig.cfg
Or you can use Max quality graphics settings
