Essential improvements
Finding multiplayer games
The master server does not work in game, to get around this follow these steps:
Use Steam's generic server browser[citation needed]
|
- Close the game if it's already running.
- On Steam, go to View > Servers.
- Click 'CHANGE FILTERS' and change the 'Game' to 'The Ship'.
- Hold down shift and select all of the servers in the list.
- Right click > Add Server to favorites.
- Start The Ship, then go to the server browser and go to the favorites tab.
Notes
- Servers must be favourited to be able to see how many REAL players are in the server (the regular server browser counts bots as players).
