Issues unresolved
Marine frigate capture bug
Marine frigates are unable to capture enemy vessels. Once the capture-order has been completed, ship control is never transferred, even with repeated attempts.
This is not a bug. Relic disabled the ability to capture ships that build other ships in Single Player.
Black screen, then crash on startup for AMD cards
Some have reported a fix:
1. Download AMD Catalyst 14.4 drivers from their website
2. Start the install noting where it will place the temporary install files (even though the first button is "Install" it will extract first, and ask again before changing your graphics drivers)
3. Stop the install at the second prompt (before it actually installs the drivers)
4. Navigate to the folder you noted earlier then procede to \Packages\Drivers\Display\W86A_INF\
5. Open a command line in W86A_INF and use the command "expand atioglxx.dl_ C:Users\*Your Username*\Desktop" (don't forget to change your username)
6. The previous action will create a file called atioglxx.dl_ on your desktop expanding the original from about 9mb to 22mb. Rename it atioglxx.dll and place it in your Homeworld2\bin\release folder.
- Note: it didn't work on my switchable graphics laptop, but seems to be successful on PC's.

Choppy/laggy camera movement on Windows 7 fix
Enable Vsync via the PLAYERCFG.LUA file found in Homeworld2/Bin/Profiles/Profile1 by editing it with a simple text editor. This will force the game to enable Vsync if the game crashes when you select Vsync in the Options menu ingame.
