DevilMayCry5.exe with a hex editor such as HxD.
- Press Ctrl+R, select Hex-values, and search direction: All.
- Search for:
40 00 00 80 41 C3 F5 38 .
- Replace with:
40 00 00 A8 41 C3 F5 38 for 2560x1080
40 00 00 AC 41 C3 F5 38 for 3440x1440
40 00 00 AD 41 C3 F5 38 For 3840x1600
- Click Replace all.
- Save and close.
- Set the in-game Camera Distance setting located in Game Options to Max.

Not a perfect fix, zooms in the FOV and leaves HUD and menu elements out of the screen. Cutscenes are also slightly zoomed in
