P-Studio, also known internally as the Creative Department 2nd Production, is a video game development division of Atlus.

The 2nd Production was founded during the development of Persona 3 in 2006, and had taken over from Team Maniax as a main developer of the Persona game series. On October 19, 2012, the name P-Studio was formally acknowledged as the name of the division, with the studio's logo first appear on the packaging of the original PlayStation Vita release of Persona 4 Golden.
