Issues fixed

Crashes on low end systems (e.g. Intel HD iGPU) on version 1.3 and newer

This is due to the specs of your PC. Even if your PC can ran the game at 60 FPS on high settings, you could still experience crashes.
Attempting to disable DX11 on versions 1.3 - 1.5.4 has no effect. Version 1.5.5 removed the ability to go back to DX9 at all.
Lower the quality settings all the way down
  1. Keep the graphics settings at the minimum
  2. Keep traffic and pedestrians around 20% at most (go higher only if the game doesn't crash for you)
  3. Use day time and dry weather (change it up only if the game doesn't crash for you)
  4. Do not install ANY car mods (just having them installed is enough to decrease the game's stability)
Use versions 1.2.x (3DI 2.2.x) if possible
