Essential improvements
Enable Gravis Ultrasound support
- The game will only output 16-bit audio when using the Gravis Ultrasound.
Configure DOSBox[1]

- Create a configuration file for DOSBox.
- Open the config file you created.
- Modify the
[GUS] section of the config file to read as such: [gus]
gus=true
gusbase=220
gusirq=11
gusdma=1
- Save the config file.
- Run DOSBox with the config file you created.
- Mount <path-to-game> as DOSBox's C drive.
- Enter the C drive and run
INSTALL.EXE
- From the menu which appears, select
Configure
- Select
Audio Options .
- Select
Gravis Ultrasound .
- When prompted, select the base port (gusbase), IRQ (gusirq), and DMA (gusdma) you put in the config file.
- Select the volume level you desire.
- The setup program will confirm your choice.
- Save changes and exit the installer.
