Crash On load

For some players, the games can crash back to desktop near the end of the leading screen. The issue appears to be something to do with graphics though exactly what is unknown (at least to me at time of writing). The fix for this is to Alt+Tab to desktop whilst the game loads. The game should remain minimised until the game progress to the main menu (you will typically hear the background music when it progresses). Alt+Tab back to the game to continue.

Asks for product key

If you are asked for a product key, sign into Xbox.com and accept the new licence agreement. After this you can sign into the game with that account without being asked for a key.
