To activate a command permanently, go to <path-to-game>

and write it into a file called autoexec.cfg

TO GET FULL COMPLETION VIA ABOVE CONSOLE
Go get to full completion you can enter this cheat:
From the main menu, press '~' to go to the console, and type "cask.override sc1@maCh" into the command line. Then close the console by pressing '~' again. This will unlock you everything you want, but NOT let you get any more achievements.
