I have downloaded both games and the are legitimate versions of the game, no scams or viruses as far as I can tell.
"самая свежая информация о grand theft auto 5! лучшие моды, коды, прохождение, сохранения, карты, паркур и спидометр, качаем бесплатно." which badly translates to "The latest information about grand theft auto 5! best mods, codes, passing, saving, maps, parkour and speedometer, download for free." makes this site look unofficial.
I vaguely remember the official site sending the download links through email as well.
I just clicked the download for GTA2 and it's starting a direct download of the game in a zip archive, and from my previous time of downloading the game from this site, it gave me an official installer of the digital version of the GTA2. The same is true for GTA 1 but it downloads an installer executable. Then again, I'm also using Ublock Origin on my browser if that has anything to do with the direct download.
