Only editable by trusted editors and such?

I mean unless the mods want to block and edit out every crappy edit then...oh well I guess it's probably not that needed but I'm not even sure.

I was purposing to somehow make the page editable for the "Trusted" group (those, who don't have to type in captcha when posting links), but I don't know if I have enough rights to do it and I don't want to break something, while soeb.... let's say, he "doesn't have enough time" (yup, that may be a lie, but I'm not going to blame him).

Wait a second you're telling there is a group that doesn't have to type these silly captchas every time link is added? Is that based on number of contributions, join date or something?

Not so much rights as much as access. I'll get around to it at some point, but I honestly see no reason to rush here. This is the first time we've actually had to protect a page in a while.
