Run the game at screen refresh rate
- The game may automatically set monitor refresh rate to 60 Hz; this can result in reduced smoothness on a high refresh rate monitor even if GPU render shows a high FPS count.
- If Vsync limits refresh rate to 60 fps on a high refresh rate monitor, this is a sign this issue is occurring.
