The reason is drivers have no support for OpenGL 4.6, but only 3.3. So, to tell GPU which version need for that specific app

Use nVidia inspector , Find space engine profile; Go to "5 - Common" TAB Edit 'Extension limit' entry to 0x0000A474 (Growtopia) , Hit Apply
