The latest patch is Patch 1.2.
Issues and fixes
Region differences
The Acura RSX and Honda Civic are only available in the US version, while the Peugeot 106 and Vauxhall Corsa are only available in the EU version. A patch makes possible to bypass this limitations (by adding the right car models to the game folder and loading a pre-made savegame). However Acura RSX lead EU version to crash, so US version is recommended over the two.
