This page is for the 2016 game. For the original 2000 game, see Hitman: Codename 47.

Key points

Various players report crashing during gameplay[2][3] and poor performance in general.[2]
The game requires a constant internet connection for some features to work properly (Elusive targets, Contracts mode and Challenge progression).[4]
Story mode is available offline, as well as any item unlocked via challenges/ story progression acquired online can be used offline. A late November 2016 patch made unlockables sync to the offline profile and online profile simultaneously.
Supports HDR Output as of January 31, 2017.[5]
All players receive the Hitman 2016 soundtrack and the "Making of" documentary, regardless of purchase history.
